Eye Makeup Remover

This oil-free, alcohol-free liquid is formulated to gently remove eye makeup without leaving an oily residue. The cleansing ingredients quickly dissolve makeup, so it is easily removed, leaving the skin clean and conditioned. Rose Water contains a complex array of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, excellent for moisturizing dry skin, plus it helps diminish redness. Perfect for use with lash extensions because it removes makeup without dissolving the glue. 

Directions: Soak a cotton pad with product, gently press onto upper lid and lashes and hold for 30 seconds, remove with a downward sweeping motion.
