Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange any items, products must have been purchased directly from Med Aesthetics. All items must be unopened, unexpired, and in original unaltered packaging (ex. no price tags, stickers or markings, that would restrict us from being able to restock the item.) Exchange requests will be considered for 30 days from purchase.Proof of purchase from Med Aesthetics must be provided. The customeris responsible for the return shipping cost. Once the product is received and inspected a credit will be issued to the Med Aesthetics website for future use, up to 1 year.
